man. leg room. woulda been nice to have back near the other school. though that shed sure saved us more than a few times so I guess I really can't complain that much huh.
All those wrestling pads mad it nice at least. Could have stacked them up to make things more comfy. You know when there wasn't other company there too.
and yeah. maybe we could. you never know what's gonna turn up around here. might even find some in one of the houses around here too you know. that's where I found that one jersey.
[ If Zell thought that was quiet, this pause ends up even longer. Long enough that the last warning for lockdown has finally shut down... and the doors have all been sealed. This time, there's an audio clip sent his way. And through slightly chattering teeth and the static of wind messing with the clarity of the message, Zack finally admits: ]
[ He manages to keep busy by watching his partner while lockdown ticks down. He does feel some apprehension as the silence from his tablet drags on. His chest feels heavier as time drags on much more slower during the wait.
Then the tell-tale ding hits.
He's perplexed that it's now switched over to audio. Lifting the tablet up to his ear as he play the message.
Zell feels cold as he hears it and everything around him as stopped. He plays the message again before dropping everything to check his bag. The very bag that felt differently, but he didn't really pay it any mind. He thought maybe Kunsel dug tools out or switched up gear on him and he'd check later when they were all safe. Or maybe Mochi and Morph messed up his pack.
He never thought it was the tent. And once he's holding it, he's showing Jim. Repeating the message for Jim.
He can't work past the lump of emotions that are trying claw their way out. He tries. He fights against the fear and cold to try to return the message, but he can't. Leaning against the solid weight of Jim and taking a moment to fall apart. A moment to let the situation weigh heavily and the what ifs and should have happened come out.

[ He's gonna guess not if Zell's easygoing touch to his writing is anything to go off of. ]

No monsters or anything weird. The shed is a little more roomier than the one in the entrance area. More than six people can probably crash here.

Could have stacked them up to make things more comfy.
You know when there wasn't other company there too.
[ It was a hot spot for running into people. ]

And sports equipment.

[ Talking about this at least attempts to keep his mind off the really bad feeling that him and Kunsel aren't going to find anything... ]

the usual stuff I think.
Maybe we can find more hockey sticks. Four way game.

Guessing that's the high school we found.
I'm actually a little glad we didn't get inside.
[ He's probably going to regret saying this. ]

dunno about that. I mean I'm sure it's creepy as hell but from the sound of it it seems important that we find a way in.

It's dangerous. There might be traps or something there.
Or cult ghosts.
[ Has bad idea written all over it. ]

[ Or maybe it has more to do with the fact that him and Kunsel have just made it over the hill to find nothing. ]
looks like this whole place is pretty dangerous for that matter. must have been the heart of the cult.

Wonder why they would set up camp so close to ground zero?
See anything weird where you're at?

nothing weird so far though.
[ Or... nothing at all for that matter. ]

[ He remembers that pretty well. ]
That's good. Hopefully you guys find something soon. :(

but yeah. we'll see.
[ He goes quiet for a while after that. Maybe a bit too quiet. ]

Let me know when you find something.
Or if you guys have to use the tents.

They weren't supposed to have the tents. ]
