[He's not entirely comfortable with a lot of this. He gets what Zack is saying, and he got the information from House. It's still other people deciding for Jim what's best for him. And that doesn't sit right. He still feels the guilt gnawing at him over sharing in the first place when they were all separated. He might have to some day share with Jim about all of it. Not for a while though. Time and place are hard things to figure out and Zell doesn't like planning too far ahead.

There is also a new doctor there who has seen combat and worked in family medicine. He might have encountered this or something similar. He'll store that for later though if Jim or anyone later on needs more advice on the subject.]
