[ Jim echoes the gesture, rubbing his own forehead, without really thinking about it. ]

Heh. Maybe you should decide that after your memories come back.

[ Not that Jim thinks the answer will change. He knows it won't. ]

[ And seeing the messages from others, he's pretty sure the reason he did it was talking to him now ]

I don't regret it. And I know it'll be the same even after I remember.

[ Then he's thinking about it... ]

It has been a long time, huh? [ He's now part of the club, right ]

[ It was important. Jim looks away, unable to speak for a moment as he processes that. That the feeling was strong enough to stick with Zell even through all of this really means something. ]

Five or six months. It's a lot longer than most people here make it.

[ In some ways, the residual feelings are helping him bridge over what was actually going on with what and who. It's also making things pretty confusing because of the awareness of gaps being there. ]

Man, has it really been that long? [ There is a pause. ]

[ Jim has to think it over; he hasn't been the most cognizant of time passing, the last day or so, even without the persistent sickness that's still bothering him. ]

It's been a really long time.

[ He looks relieved at that. ]

Alright, good. I thought I missed something.

[ He doesn't know what though? Just that it's a day or two away :( ]

[ Whatever it is, apparently Jim knows. ]

How long have we known each other?

Two hundred and forty-five days. Well, forty-six now, I guess.

[ It's after midnight, right? ]

It seems like way longer.

Man, that's almost as long as I've been here.

[ It's pretty impressive! ]

[ Which is hard to even fathom.

Clicking around on the tablet as grows even more curious about Jim. ]

[ Jim realizes pretty quickly that Zell might take that the wrong way. ]

I mean, I'm getting the way better end of the bargain. Or something. You're worth sticking around for.

[ Well, he could see why if the guy is always this cute.

Which is also pretty bewildering to him. ]

[ Expressing emotions, bah. ]

Feels like confessing all over again.

[ He feels his face grow hot at confessing. ]

Whoa! Did you confess to me?

[ So much for only one question but he's really amazed by that. So much of this was HUGE and astonishing. Reaching to put a hand over his chest to try to calm down the hard thumping there. ]

[ He'll tell Zell that much, though he'll leave out all the parts about shirtlessness and kissing. ]

Still a lot more talking about stuff than I like, though.

[ He can't help but to smile at that. Staring at the screen a little goofy like for a moment longer before looking away feeling sheepish. ]

Oh yeah. Okay, no more questions about the past. From now on we'll make new memories until I remember everything again

[ He hopes he'll remember everything. Trying not to think about it as he turns the tablet around to show. ]

I remember reading about this place on the network. [ Thankfully it's still relatively new... ]

[ It really is Zell. Jim keeps being reminded in little ways, and ... just how much he sounds like himself. ]

[ Jim looks around at Zell's surroundings as best he can. ]

I don't think we've made it inside that place yet. You know, before now.

[ Not a body double without memories. The real deal. ~~he can inspect thoroughly if he wants.~~ ]

[ He can do the exploring.

But that has his mind going to other things he may have recorded already. Tapping on the screen again as he flips through. ]
